When me and my wife walked in, we're greeted by a young lady wearing a dodgers t-shirt. Super friendly. She showed us to our table. We got the charcuterie board. It was really good. The atmosphere was awesome! Definitely recommend and definitely going back

We had an amazing experience at Birddog! We somehow were able to schedule afternoon tea with less than 24 notice and Leslie created an amazing spread. EVERYTHING was delicious from the sandwiches, scones, macarons, mini key lie pies, tea and champagne. The service was fantastic and it was reasonably priced for all that we got. Such a great time for our girls weekend in Laurel. Highly recommend!

Stopped here on my way out of town Sunday and I'm sure glad I did. Owner is super nice. I had the Peach cobbler latte whoa so Yummy!!!! I also purchased a bacon cheddar scone or some type of delicious thing, a cranberry almond scone and an apple muffin. All very delicious. I would be coming back often if I lived closer to try the other food and drinks they serve. I imagine it's all good. They have a selection of gifts and merchandise as well. Love the cats that lounge around outside the house too!

My wife and I ate dinner on a Friday evening. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the owner was so personable. My wife said that her fruit and green salad was the best she had eaten in a very long time. The French dip sandwich I had was tasty and made to perfection. The strawberry shortcake was just delicious!

This is a cafe you must visit while in Laurel, Mississippi!! This was the first restaurant that Ben and Erin renovated on their show Hometown. The two brothers, Connor and Elliot, decided to sell their cafe to enter into a new chapter of their lives. Elliot was able to stay on as head chef with the new owner Karen. There have been a few renovation changes. It is a wonderful place to hang out, either inside or on the front or rear porch!! They are adding new dishes to the menu!! The morning pastries are too die for!! Stop by for brunch or happy hour!! Love the staff, very friendly and helpful!! I can't wait to go back to visit!!

Great local place! When work brings you to Laurel you need to eat local! Yes this was the restaurant that was on the show Hometown. It has changes some since the show all for the good. I had the Strawberry salad with chicken. Super yummy and I loved the dressing. I did get the Key lime dessert to go. I am a Key Lime connoisseur and it did not disappoint. The service was great, sorry i can’t remember the girls name. She was awesome! The place had the porch you could also sit and eat.

What a wonderful place to visit and to dine. Their service was fantastic, very helpful, very inviting. Told us after lunch to come back later for live music and we did and it was wonderful. Highly recommended and within walking distance of the downtown murals and the Napier's shops.
